Took about 15 minutes, it actually took me longer to find the wrench. You need a 12mm open end wrench and be willing to lay on the ground. Very, very easy. The old grill snaps off. When installing the grill be sure to take it slow, you can scratch the paint on the frame.

Just to confirm, they are really easy to install. Mine took a while because I was installing a spoiler at the same time.
