I have started to notice a rattle at the top of the engine, possibly at the cylinder head. I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this and if so, does anyone know a likely culprit?

most like the chrome plug covers.quite a few of us had that problem.

Any way to tighten or buffer them? It is a bit annoying.

My key fob was causing an intermittant rattle, drove me crazy for a couple of days.
I cut it in half, and no more rattle. I hope you figure out your rattle problem, cause that will drive you nuts!

yeah i had some rattling in the front cylinder cover. actually sounded more like vibration. put my hand on it and it stops, so something need to be shifted or tightened. have not had the chance to look at it though, weather has been good in New England for a while so i would rather spend the time riding
