Come on Furydave413, you can do it. I installed my engine covers and it was satisfying, fun and easy after I sat and thought about it for a whole day. I got stuck on the left side that covers the clutch cable for 24 hours. If they just called the "special bolt" a spacer, I wouldn't have had any trouble at all. I was trying to use the factory bolt that holds the clutch cable without this "special bolt" and was bending the crap out of my new chrome. Luckily it snapped back into its shape. I walked away for a beer break and figured I would get to it after some thought. The next day, I was heating up a slice of pizza in the microwave and it popped into my head about the "special bolt". It is male thread on one end & female threaded on the other. Read the directions then set them aside. I took my whole exhaust off on the right side but may not have had to. Get a milk crate or something to sit on to make yourself comfortable and just use common sense and it is a snap. Just make sure that you "dry fit" the parts with the sticky back before you apply them. I can install one now in about twenty minutes. The first times the learning process. Mine turned out awsome, after some cussing while learning. Get er done.
