I googled it and only found chrome or stainless steel. :/

Get the stainless-steel ones, bead-blast them, then powder-coat them black. Just a suggestion...............

Find a reputable powder coater near you and get them powdercoated.Shouldn't cost 50$,if that! Everything on my bike went to the coaters
