Well, me and Stonewheel meet up with MyFuryRide on the east side of Indy today. Great riding weather and the only complaint is my sunburn I had by the time I got back home. (and the stock seat) We did a little over 200 miles and my but was numb. At our last stop, I got off the bike and just cursed it out. You guys with C&C seats, thank your lucky stars! I have got to do something with my seat, or I’m not going to be able to do any long distance riding.

Maybe its me, but its starting to sound like stock seat is made for us guys around 150ish. Someone should create a weight and seat feel and type poll. (RSS)??? maybe we can figure this out so we can recommend to newby's the best seat for their weight

Since I had to modify mine for the Sumo kit, I wonder if I sent my seat to them, they could make me one that would fit. What does the solo run?

Before anyone tells me to "try the search button", I dont want to so tough. Just want a simple answer.

one inch of airplane foam.simple as i can get.i put it on my seat and have road 540 in one day with no numb butt.
this foam is made so pilots can sit it a jet for hours on end.think about it.

I did a 60 mile bicycle ride today and it felt better than my stock seat.

well I changed my pads and will be going to pitt and back tomorrow so we will see how my seat holds up. It is the honda one with flames but don't know if it was any softer than the stock one.

std. solo seat is $255.

I'm out $400. I sent back the sport tour because I hated that exposed tab fastener. They're making a one-off seat.
Had them add 1" to the lumbar area.
It ain't cheap.

I'll send pix and a review once it's installed.
