I know I'm not the only one with this problem.I love this bike, but I remember reading from the forum, that other Fury owners where having the same problem.Has anyone heard from honda about a recall to fix this heat shield/pipes bracket problem? Now if I was getting new pipes any time soon, then I wouldn't care, but Honda should have had feedback on this by now.

If your rubber spacer has melted off and your heat shield is now loose,Honda is looking into this issue.Honda had my dealer replace my rear header pipe and heat shield and send it back to Japan to study. Who knows what steps they will take once they figure what is causng this.I posted a thread about this on here and so far I am the only that Honda has requested to do the pipe swap.Your dealer will replace the spacer.

New pipes are not in my immediate future as i think the bike looks damn fine
dressed in stock garb-the tank is a work of art and the rest of the bike flows
together better than any bike i can recall...I'm not out to win any races but the bike seems to have plenty of poop when you call on it...I noticed my shield from the rear cylinder was loose and i called my dealer and he ordered the parts i just need to get there...(45 miles and it snowed here today)hopefully that will fix my only problem....(on the bike lol)
