So yesterday i spent about 8 hours putting all my stuff on my bike, was really impressed with the fact that everything worked the way it was supposed to, didnt have to jerry rig anything or find stupid ways to get stuff to fit...

1) Morton Inferno's with heat wrap - love the look, i want more of that badass garage chopper look as opposed to a nice show bike so thats why i wrapped em. Even with the wrap you still definitely feel the heat, and im not sure if it was just heat or maybe some chemicals still burning from the wrap, but i got 2 wierd looking blue burns on my jeans where i was apparently touching the exhaust. They are Extremely loud, which i love, and a bit "poppy" (not sure how else to describe it) which i wish was toned down just a little. I had them installed with and without the power cones and i couldnt tell any difference. They also scrape on right turns because of how low they are, not real fond of that but what can you do...

2) Cobra Fuel Controller - Easy install, but the bike doesnt run any different. Gonna mess with the settings a little bit today but ill probably end up taking it to the shop just so i know im getting it running the best way possible.

3) Accutronix Extended Forward Controls - I...LOVE...THESE!! Seriously these are gorgeous! Beautifully made and they bolt right on with zero fuss. Im about six foot and it felt like i was sitting in a chair whenever i rode, now my feet are kicked out in front of me and if feels sooooo much nicer. I would totally recommend these to anyone, if extended is too long get the standard. Only thing i have left to do is re-bleed the brake cause it isnt very stiff.. Also you have to relocate your horn, which i didnt do, might just leave it off, never use it anyhow

4) Accutronix Verticle Side Mount License Plate - Again very easy to install. The only thing that sucked was getting the wire for the plate light. I had to take the entire seat and fender off and take out the brake light so i could tell which wires were for the light. then i just ran em all the way back down and around to the new location. Chopped off the stock mounting location and moved the reflector up to where the light was.... wanted it to be cut straight under the brake light but the way the plastic bends out where the light is it would've looked stupid, this is the best i can do for now..

the bikes looking good, bet it feels good to get all that stuff put on and knowing you did it yourself, good job!
Dropin mine off tomorrow and the honda shop. I have the exact foward controls being put on. They look huge! I am 6ft 5in so I hope they work. Is it that much of a difference?
Also getting:
Cobra swept
Barons big air kit
Cobra fuel controller

Looks awsome!
Hey, Where is your air intake?
shame to put all those shinny parts on a dull color painted bike..:p

joking...:p
That's o.k Tony.
We all know that our dull bikes are the fastest!

If I'm correct, dull flat paint causes more wind resistance..
The result is a higher wind drag coefficient...

So the net result is slow and ugly....:p
No, no,
It's much lighter without the clear coat.

Ha ha, can't tell you how many pants I own with holes on the right leg. Every now and then, I'm at a stop, and I'm like "hey, whats that smell!? Sorta smells like burning... PANTS!"
Dude the bike is looking great....love the forward controls...(may get those myself) and the pipes look great wrapped..
Think I'm gonna pull the trigger and order my cobra FI2000R and L & M adapter and force air intake today, bored and tired of seeing everyone else ordering shit and putting it on there bike lol <jealous look>. Anyone seen any good deals on the FI2000R's? I have seen them on ebay for 199 but didn't know if someone might have a better deal. Thanks.
Well as the many discussions on here that I have read it's all about personal preference, I agree that you can probably fine tune the PC 5 more but if I'm not mistaken that takes it being dyno'd and I don't want to deal with all that, FI2000R will be fine for what I'm doing to the bike.
