That pic is my bike. Not sure what vid Red is talking about. I just taped off everywhere that wasn't to be painted, roughed up the areas with sand paper and sprayed 3 coats of flat black.

Very cool! I actually contemplated doing exactly that and thought it might be too much red. I like it. Maybe I'll redo mine one of these days.
I think the Black is smokin hot..I like the Chrome just want the Cross to pop, So just a little sandpaper to ruff up and then paint ? Rust olem paint ? or is there something better ??

I did this 5 or 6 months ago so I don't remember all the details but...

I believe I used Duplicolor flat black. The sand paper I had lying around but anything to scuff up the smooth polished SS will work. You don't have to go crazy on it.

Tape off what you don't want painted.
Scuff up polished SS
Spray light tack coat, let set 10min +/-
Spray full coat, let set 10 +/-
1 more full coat

I didn't use primer since I was spraying flat black on a stainless steel piece anyway. Didn't seem necessary and I havn't had any problems with it. Thats up to you.
