Watch out for the allen head screw on the right side of the bike holding the little piece on there... It will strip out easier than Pamela Anderson hitting the deck for Tommy Lee...

Why is the engine cover kit from easternperformance.com #7703 and the one from other sites #7731, are they different for the fury and the 1300?? Or just charge more for the one for the Fury

I read that whole thread. put it this way. the one i have is the one from eastern performance. it looks like it fits to me. some people were sayin they were havin problems with the rear right piece. I didnt have any issues at all. the only thing i didnt like was takin the dip stick out to tighten the one bolt. I was SOOO afraid of droppin it in the oil. other than that. FLAWLESS!!!!!

I think some had problems with the cover hitting the clutch mechanism on the left side rear on the VTX model versus the Fury model

will that engine kit work with the fuggin viper pipes? since they wrap different on the bikes right side?

I asked Doug at fuggin' about that before I ordered the viper 2's; he said they checked it out and would be no problem. don't have the pipes yet so haven't mounted them but should be good to go when they get here.
