So my bike was running really loud not as normal. I got off and found this hose came off. Look at blue arrow what's is this hose for?

I thought it was also but the hose goes up into the bike just under the seat. Coolant is fine oil is fine. No fluids came out.

It was hard because of the type of clip. I bought a new clip that screws on. What is the evap canister?

It has charcoal in it to help dissipate gas fumes that remain in the fuel system after the bike is turned off. It keeps them stored in there until you start it back up.

CARB has been a pain in the ass for parts supplies for over 20 years.
I love the chrome wheels…. Can’t wait to do mine at some point 😍

Don't stop at just the wheels. You have the brake calipers, lower forks, kick stand, final drive, torque arm and dust ring as a start. Don't forget to polish the disk rotors or they will look ugly against the chrome wheels.

Wheels are one of the big ticket items, but make such a huge difference. @macxpert (my chrome brother from down under) is right though, there is so much more to chrome. When you do, go to Bikes2NV. I know I sound like an infomercial, but the quality and price can't be beat.
