I put your post on my watch list. A guy in my MC had to bankrupt (ex wife)and he has a Ram he got royally screwed on and actually owes more than you are asking (also a 99). He's getting the 8k tax thing for his house and he loves huge trucks. I'll show him this Monday when I get back from skiing.

It probably cost the same as your car "to start it up" It's only a V-10 gasser, not some hotrod 502 BB
