WooHoo! I think I'm the first on the board to receive their Matte Silver Bike!

According to my VIN I have number 81 of 500

Very Exciting! :D I will be taking a look at it today, but I won't be able to take it home until Friday. Just waiting for all of my paperwork to finalize and my insurance to kick in

Hey DeadSpider, please keep us updated on the changes you make to your bike.I have the blue also and like to get a visual of what you do to it.I just added the Tribal seat to mine and it looks SWEET!! The salesman said it really added to the bike with the design of the seat and Snakeskin Inlay.

The SE will only have 500 produced. The end of the VIN ends with (000xxx) the last 3 digits will tell you what number bike you have. However, this is only relevant on the Matte Silver SE model

Negative, the SE is a limited production run of 500 bikes, making it a numbered bike. I couldn't tell you what the numbers on a non-SE bike means. Sorry :(

So, I guess the western states will get their bikes earlier due to the fact that the bikes are produced at a Japan plant. From there, they are shipped to one of the hubs in California and then trucked to a dealer near you

So it is LE because only 500 are being made in that 1 color? Just asking... I figured it would have other special perks other than paint... like rims, trim, etc etc *shrugs*

Both the paint and wheels are different. The wheels are black with a red trim. Have you seen the pics?
Guess I overlooked the pics for the LE :p
Looks tight without a doubt! I think I might look into painting my wheels to match my bike.

To OP.... tight bike bro

Well, I rode the bike home yesterday :D I was a little nervous at first, especially coming off a sport bike, the riding position felt weird at first.

So my thoughts on the bike are all positives. The ride was the smoothest ride I've ever been on with 2 wheels. The power was decent, not crazy fast like my 1098, but it that's a whole different breed of motorcycle. Braking was alright, again, it's not like some monobloc Brembo's clawing into the pavement, but it will slow you down in a hurry if you need to.

All in all, a very well put together, very well planned out machine! Thank You Honda!

I did some debadging last night. I removed all the reflectors, the honda logo on the side chrome covers, removed the stickers from the shaft swing arm; the tank; and the exhaust warning below the VIN. It looks so clean without all of that clutter. I took some pictures, but I won't upload them until tonight.

Predator I also have a 07 1098s which I love, except for the extreme riding position and for the first year and a half it stayed in the shop more than it did on the road.My fury is going to take some getting used to.I like it alot and even more since I opened up the pipes on it.Now it sounds like a proper chopper.I only wish it had a little more juice I guess I`m just used to the raw power of the duc.
