My red flamed seat has turned a pretty shade of pink here lately. What can i use to bring the color back without making the seat slippery?

I'm feeling you, brother! My bright blue ostrich has turned dark and dull :(
I'm investigating the possibilities myself....perhaps shoe polish???

Is the seat vinyl or leather?

If it was vinyl you could use a Q-tip to apply some rit-dye to change the thread color back to red.

According to Honda the seat has a leather inlay, I would not reccomend using dye on it unless you test it on like the underside to see if it changes the leather color.

So if the dye rubbed off where did it go. You are not walking around with pink flames on your ass are you ? lol

Most threads are not done with a UV resistant dye.
It just faded like your car seats do.

Could always see if there are any "Mary Kay cosmetics" chicks here?
They have pink Cadillacs. Some might have a fury:D

J.A.T.O like Shorty says I think maybe a dye or they make paint that I have seen on seats that stays pretty well either way should fix the problem. Pink huh? You know:eek::eek::eek: some things are better kept at home and not posted.:D
