couldnt buy a set so its back to the old adapt and overcome.

What did you use? Looks like the spiked lug nuts. Am I on the right track?

pike nuts from working class choppers with 1/4 20 thread.drilled and countersunk from inside fork cap.threadlock and dun.

Nice Job! I kinda gave it a try previously also with some old parts hanging around the garage. It will work for now until i find what I'm looking for. A couple of stiletto grip ends mounted on the stock inner grip housing chrome.
