Not sure I'd agree that it totally "ruins" the looks of the bike, although I do agree that there really ISN'T any kind of thick, padded, really comfortable touring-type seat you can put on any chopper-lookin' bike and actually keep the original aesthetics.
On the other hand, there's a LOT to be said for having a wife/girlfriend that *really* likes to jump on the back of that bike and spend a lot of time riding with you; I think I'd be inclined to take the aesthetics hit to keep her happy and comfortable back there

Needs better design!
Cut the top of that seat flat and your going the right way. What about colors tan/ light tan /red for starters. Get rid of the diamond pattern also.
The Silver Fury would Look tough with that porche color leather seat its a little darker tan closer toward orange...
I think matte fury might look good with colored seat not sure what color
Does anyone use photo shop on the forum? Can you paste and cut or colorize some seats on a fury??? Just for giggles!

I rode 40 miles yesterday really fast and hard with cuz he has a 98' Fatboy and the fury is alot quicker, off the line and mid rpm/gear, my tailbone started to get a little worn at the 30 mile mark!!
We did 85-90 on highway for 10 miles and my Fury rode on rails!!!

Yah, I remember talking with you when you were first sending the new seats off for the gel/foam treatment; glad to hear it worked well. That's the route I plan to take after I get some other stuff done that I just have to prioritize ahead of the seats money-wise.

I am at a point of no return with my fury's seat/ vibration- how big of a defference did your gel seat make on the vibrations- I can only do approx 50 miles at a time before my but is num

+1, only did the front seat tho, no one will ride with me. I have ridden till the fuel light comes on (133 miles) with no problems but my butt may be padded more than yours
AGREED! I look at them again when they offer a more streamlined seat. For $425.00 ... come on
