I nicked the edge when installing them on the bike with the swivle socket. There is also a nic at the very end that i am noit sure if it came in that way or not. Either way i would like to know the best way to handle this as i live in New England and the sand that is put down during the winter is not all cleaned up until summer ( Way tooooo long to wait to ride). I believe it will happen in the future with the tiny rocks that get kicked up. I really like the exhaust and want to make sure it last for quite a while.

The Velvet Black ceramic finish on your pipes is the most durable exhaust finish available on the market today. The ceramic finish does not set-up/final cure until you have run the bike at temperature. The pipes, when shipped are considered green or soft. This reduces and handling issues during shipping and installation. Once the exhaust has reached temperature they will set-up to a hard durable finish.
If you are having problems with your pipes, please contact me. We will more than happy to work with you on any issues.

I've got my Viper-2 last Saturday and tried to install it, but with no luck. I am not really technical man, I mean I never maintained bike myself, but I always wanted to. Viper-2 came without any installation instructions and I am trying to call Fuggin Fabrication for last three days and nobody piks up the phone. How did you install your pipes? Any help is appreciated.

Sorry you’re not getting any support from Fuggin. Did you leave a message? I really admire you for trying it yourself. Absolutely nothing like the satisfaction of doing it yourself and saving some coin. If I run into problems like this, I usually end up taking it to a place that can fix it. Hopefully someone here can answer your questions.

What specifically are you having trouble with?

fuggin pipe

I'm still waiting on my order from fuggin, been speaking with Kelly Lessley from fuggin by email and still waiting on the delivery. Honda dealer I purchased them from is also frustrated with them because the communication lines are so bad. I've had a hard time understanding there method of customer service. (fuggin) I hope my 600.00+ dollar pipes come with some sort of directions. If and when they do show up I'll be sure to wrap them with protection during the installation process. Did your pipes come with new washers and nuts? The honda dealer already mailed me the new gaskets for the pipe installation. Eagerly waiting for the rest to show up.

No instructions came with Viper-2 pipes. No gaskets either. I've ordered pipes and fuel controller and waited longer than a month and more than 1000 miles to get them delivered. The pipes came alone, however people from PipeCity assured me they will pack both items together.

Has somebody got installation instructions?

Sorry to hear the above fustration! Though just about everyone has them, I'm so glad I went with the Cobras! Hope you guys get the instructions! Fuggin should post installation instructions on their website in a Printable PDF version for future cases...

I did it! I and my wife worked till 11 PM tonight but we've installed Viper-2 pipes and Fuggin EFI Fuel Controller. Kelly from Fuggin promised to send me pictures, but I couldn't wait and I did it with my own hands. I had to go to dealership for gaskets and then a couple times to Home Depot for tools and flash lights. And now my bike sounds so good! I didn't want to wait until tomorrow morning and took my girl to the bar. She loved sound and look too. But not neighbors.

Good for you. The sound is great. I like my Viper 2 pipes and the Fuggin controller. The FC has (on mine) stock settings except Mode 1 which I -.5. Runs great. Have fun.

Fuggin viper

Fed ex never looked so good carrying a box to me. Yep, its the viper 2's finally from fuggin. After weeks of anticipation they have arrived. I have a project tonite. I'm picking up some wobble socket extensions just in case. New gaskets are sitting in the garage already. Bring it on.

install of the viper 2's

Okay viper 2 owners. i have two questions. the bracket that came with the pipes? take a pick and post your installation please. Second. the long bracket that supported the factory pipes, what did you do with yours. Looks like it might have to be cut off?

sounds awesome

The viper 2's are great sounding. I'm so glad that I got the order in before fuggin went belly up! There customer service wasn't the best. Seemed to be very hard to nail something Hard to believe there wouldn't be any directions on them. Phone calls always went to v.m. Gotta think that hiring someone to answer phones for your buisness @ 10.00 an hr would be worth getting 700.00 orders all week long.
