Wanted to say hey to everyone,,Retired US Marine Gysgt, 20 yrs,,4th Honda, picked up my Fury last friday,,,done some stuff to it already, had some fun doing my sissy bar,,removing the seat and rear fender drilling holes,,put on my windsheild, and tool bag,,waiting on my front spoiler. Has the cobra street sweeper pipes,,it did have chrome rims when i bought it but front rim was cracked around shaft so dealer so he would swap out and get me a new set, just waiting. BTW I love this bike,,put 100 miles on it today,,,wow, I traded a 1300 VTXT Very Happy so far

BTW, What windshield did you put on?

I put on the only one the dealer showed,,its small,,covers the chrome bars and thats about it,,took me about an hour to mount. its more of an accent windsheild to me,, and thanks,,ill contribute as much as i can,,I own an RV,,so im a member of RV.com so understand helping,,this is for us,,and to find out how to make our bikes better and to share the knowledge. I was looking for custom accessories and landed on this forum,,thanks again

Well, this is certainly the place to do that! These guys can really think up ideas to help put a Fury over the top.

I thought about the Honda windshield but it didn't look like it did much. Now looking into a Memphis Shade as they have come out with a Fury set.

Yeah, for a chopper,,dont really want a big windsheild,,I wore a full face helmut so it didnt bother me as far as the wind. Yeah ive been searching for a week to find accessories,,I will say this,,if that glass was smoked it would look better,,but my opinion is cosmetic,,thats it

I rode my fury over 1000 miles without the Honda screen then i installed it .. it works for your chest not your head, I think it was well worth it

lol, im with ya,,like i said,,I wore a full face,,was a little cold here,,but I wanted to ride,,coming from a touring bike that had a full sheild,,its a different beast for me. I have only hit 100 miles so far today was day one for riding,,will be in 60,s thru sunday,,lol hope to be getting my 600 mile service next week,,lol

yeah man,,good so far,,did a ride,,ate lunch at hooters with my son,,helped out a neighbor,,U had an appt at ?,,lol,

Man IM on full disability,,got wounded in Iraq in 03,,retired in Dec 04,,Full VA, im un-employable,,Full adult disability and 70 % CRSC so,,i can only ride about 40 miles and i have to stop but im not giving up my passion,,,Had 3 back surgeries,,Ill suffer to get my high on riding..
