Got a question to throw out....I put the OEM spoiler and LEDs on my black Fury a while back, but after having it there a few months, just not sure if I like it.

Whats the general opinion on the OEM spoiler? I first thought it filled the gap between the front wheel and motor/frame, but now I tend to think its not right for the bike.

Either way's fine by my way of thinking. It's such a personal preference. I dont see a big negative or a big positive by having one or not. It's your bike it's got to fit you. Time will tell how You feel about it and I think you will reach the right decision for you. Good Luck.:)

Sad now I bought it!

Just got mine yesterday, looking at it, I thought that I didn't want to bother installing!

They forgot my LEDs, I want to do it all at once, so I cant install even If I wanted.

I think your right, now I have it I dont think it helps the look at all, just wanted more lights on the ground!

I had HUGE BUYERS REMORSE YESTERDAY after I got the package:confused:!

I personally don't think it looks bad at all. It's just not what I would prefer, but then I'm kind of a "minimalist" when it comes to this bike. I don't really want to add anything if I can help it.......other than changing exhaust and breather, but that's just me.

I like it.....it's a simple line flow.....not aggressive, plus I like the lights for more visibility to other drivers.....I live in the country and travel alot on backroads and even on the 4-lane. At night it's really dark. The only reflectors I kept on the bike were the ones on the sides of the rear fenders (in case I, for some unforseen reason, lost battery power). Also, why I got the Electrical Connection turn signal conversion kit, so the rear turn signals would be constantly lit as well.

Gary,

It's just a matter of preference. I too have spent cash on a modification and later decided to take it off and/or replace it. It does make me mad and it gets expensive even though I try to give every prurchase plenty of thought.

I personally don't care for the spoiler... I think it makes the bike look too much like a racing bike...

Updating or changing mods is perfectly ok, expensive but ok. I like the spoiler but do not have one...yet, I wish it would have been designed with easy on easy off application. One day I may like it, one day I might not.

I like the spoiler. I think it looks horrible without the LEDs, but over all I think it's small enough where it doesn't detract from the look of the bike and as was stated earlier, it closes the gap between the front wheel and motor/frame. My opinion? Two thumbs up.

I like it and think it gives an added touch to of the bikethe lower area. My only complaint is the cost of it. I don't think the cost is justified but I couldn't live without it so I bought it.

Tis' why I've never gotten one, could never decide if I liked it or not, was waiting to see what L&M came out with too... hopefully soon...

Ya their prototype looked nice but I don't know what ever happen to it. I should have asked Chris the other day when I had him on the phone and he told me they had some new things ready to post. I don't know what I was thinking and I think my brain was focused on the intake adapter only. I don't remember that one have the light kit in it. Not that it matters but it is nice.

I haven’t been able to decide either. I like the look with the larger gap between the fender and frame and was concerned that the spoiler may take away the effect. Hopefully some new ideas will be hitting the market this year. Grill covers are really improving.

It's funny.....when I first saw the bike and saw the option for the spoiler, I just had to have it. I knew it would be the first thing I put on the bike. But then, as time went on, I thought, eh...maybe not. Strange how something catches your eye sometimes, but after a while you lose interest.

Kind of the same here. A friend and I went for a ride to a Honda shop about 60 miles out of town one day and they happened to have a black Fury sittin on the floor with a spoiler and he said "Man you ought to get that spoiler".

I did think it was a nice look at first but as you said, when time goes by and the more I look at it, just not sure. It does have a more modern appeal to it but, I think I'm going to go ahead and take it back off, not sure.

I think if it was a little smaller and hugged the lower radiator I'd like it better.

Kinda looks like the OEM spoiler is running 50 50, some like it, some don't.

I may have one for sale pretty soon.
