Has anyone seen the stock wheels painted? I am looking for pictures of the spokes and hub being painted the same color as the stock bike. Then putting a high polish on the inner and outer lips? You guys might have posted it already but i could not find it. Thanks,

i cant wait to post pictures that means i will be done with all this polishing was going to do chrome but my gsxr is cromed and polished so i decided not to go that route i am tryin to keep the fury from getting out of control with the mods (dont think it is gonna happen) i have been good so far hope i dont fall off the wagon

I am almost done grinding and polishing and then to paint. I have the red color. I think it should show well. I saw one done with a spray can and it was a bad looking combo but he was happy with it.

I had my wheels powder coated mat black... get alot of compliments on how much it looks different... go for it... would like to see it when it is done.

Did you do any prep work like sandblasting or smoothing down the cast on the rims before powdercoating? How about a few pic's too!

Sad to say I did not do the work... took off to WA for two weeks and came back to the dealer and they where all done... will work on getting you some pics when I get on my home computer (at work ) If you look at the pic in my signature, mine is the only one with the wheels done.
