I was "ball parked" 400 a wheel. I haven't price shopped yet. One thing good about being in Harley country is there is no shortage of chrome and paint shops and one of the best is in my neighborhood. Custom Painted Vehicles in Franksville, WI.

Ive never been a fan of flames but that is 1 sweet paint job.

$1600 for paint. $175 for them to take it apart and put it back together.

I mentioned in an earlier post I wanted subtle silver/platinum smokey flames but asked if he would also do a sample of tru-flames. The burgundy background was a concern with flames.

The silver looked great but I couldn't take my eyes of the orange flames. I asked Jay the artist his opinion. He said he had more freedom with a wider range of colors and could do some cool stuff. Sold.

We mapped out where the flames should go, (roughly) avoiding the contour on the tank and respecting the shape.

Jay from CPV did an awesome job. I proofed the test panels on Tuesday and had the bike on Friday.
