Hi all, over the weekend I removed the pillion peg mounts to get rid of Honda's abysmal effort at using up all their trail bike foot peg mounts.
Hack sawed off the "U" bracket and then ground the surface smooth and drilled a 1/2" hole through the center, a quick respray in black returned them to a gloss finish.
Fitted a pair of Kuryakyn Magnum Clevis's to the mounts, these only come in Harley 7/16 mounts so I had to also get a pair of ISO adapters to suit so I could remount the Mini Pilot footpegs.
They now tuck in much closer to the bike and you can lean them back so they clear the guard
