Agreed....Can I ask why Aluminum? Is it solid?
Why not metal pipe and chrome?
I am using aluminum for a few reasons, Light weight 3/4" x .120" wall 6061 tubing and polishing is cheaper than chrome. This will be very affordable. Can I ask why Aluminum? Is it solid?

I would like the rear section for fixturing the sissy bar and other thing i want to buildhyredgunn,
Are you just wanting my rear seat to use as a back rest? I have the Honda Vector seat on my bike. Therefore it will have the blue and silver stitching.
Yes the bar will have more lean back to it. At this point im not sure on the pad length. I worked on it today, Got the folding rack done, looks bad azz. should have more pics up late tomorrow night.Any updates on this? I have yet to vote. I am ready to put my rear seat and pegs back on my bike.
Im not sure of the price, I plan to make it with a fold out rack and without, yet I will make it very affordable. The plan is to make it bolt to the existing Honda bolt holes, no drilling required. I should have more pics tonight.I like it a lot. I think polished aluminum will look very good...even better than chrome. Make me one and I'll buy it. How much will it cost when all is said and done.
Do you still have to take the fender off and drill holes to mount it like you do for the little sissy bar that Honda sells?
I would definitely want one without the rack. I love the fact that there would be no drilling, but would you need to get longer bolts, or will the existing bolts be long enough?Im not sure of the price, I plan to make it with a fold out rack and without, yet I will make it very affordable.
