I just got Kuryakyn turn lights (2305) for the rear end of my Fury. The problem is the front forks being 45mm. To date I cant find anyone that sells 45mm clamps for new lights. Has anyone replaced the stock front turn signals yet and if so how did you mount them? I want to put on the same lights as I did the rear but need to figure out how to mount them. Thank you.

Some others on there either fabbed their own or ordered slightly larger clamps (say 49mm) and just made up the difference with a filler of some kind (think pieces of metal or double-sided tape, etc...). I know what you mean about finding 45mm anything, spent a whole week probably searching for stuff for the 45mm forks...

I have a 9mm and a 40 cal. Oh.......wait......just read the whole post........never mind. ;)
Seriously, it is very difficult to find the 45mm clamps. Like RedspawnSilver said.....most just fab. something and use 49mm.

I had the same issue. I bought the Kury 49mm 2 pc clamps part# 2287, then used a peice of flat aluminum I bought from Lowes. Lowes has thin peices of all kinds of metal that can be used to fill the gap. The Aluminum worked best as it is flexible and easy to wrap around the fork tube. Worked fine for me.

the front fork clamps are on page 232 in the j&p catalog under "throttle cable clamps" I used the 1 and 3/4 size ones part # 5200351 you need to order 2 clamps. this is what i used to mount my bullet style turn signals to the front of my bike. it turned out nice! dave
