Was changing my oil and noticed felt pen writing spelling "OT 294" on the engine cases above the oil filter with white paint above the writing. Noticed the same white paint on several bolts.

Anyone have any idea what this is?

white marks on bolts

not sure what "OT 294" stands for but the white marks on bolts mean a mechanic has tighten or loosened the bolt to its specific torque spec.
