Looks more edgier then the OEM one. I wonder how the fit and finish is. Looks like the metal piece isn't flush in some spots.

I like the look of it but I'm not interested. Just a quick question for the "back-packers"...what kind do you use? Thanks.
PS to OP...don't mean to hijack your thread. :)

Black leather...designed and made to look good with cruisers and choppers. Here in Baltimore, there is a small independant store called Hide Away Leather. They don't show the back packs on their sight...but they have them. Here's the link.

I've got two. One is a U.S. Army back pack with a pocket for a hydration system. The other is a Mossy Oak hunting back pack. Both work good but have yet to haul either one for a day long ride.

I like the Cobra rack and I think that straps rather than bungie cords would save the fender from undo damage.

I use an Addidas I got at the local sporting goods, has a padded place for the laptop and plenty of other pockets and such. I was quite shocked when I check the store, I thought I might get lucky and they might actually have something that would work and they had about 25 different packs.

Thanks for the replies to the back-pack question. Sundance, that looks like a good store. We have someting like that on this side of the Bay, but not as big. Our store does mostly custom work...maybe I'll ask about a pack.

I must admit...I have given my Husband cit about what I call his bike vanity! No luggage rack, no bags, and complained about my seat behind his Raider. Anything we took with us was on my back. LOL! BUT now that I have my Fury...well, no passenger seat, no luggage rack, no bags, no problem! Guess I don't want to ruin the lines of my bike either. LOL! Backpacks are great and as my husband pointed out, if you want to travel long distances, just UPS your clothes to your destination and get by on the bear necessities until you get there. The things we do to look COOL!:)
