Has anyone else had issues with their tail lights from raw design? I have about 5 LEDs that look like they have gone out already. I sent an email to Bill over 2 weeks ago and he said they are going to take care of it, but am not getting any feedback from them about the status of the shipment.

i read somewhere else on the forum about someone having some LED's out, and they shipped it back and it was returned within a week or so...

No problems with mine. I've done business with Bill in the past and he is a straight up sort of guy. I'm sure he will have it resolved to your satisfaction. So sorry to hear you had trouble.

I had a problem with 4 leds out. I called Bill, he gave me an RA# I shipped it out on Monday and Received a new one on thursday. I tested the replacement before i installed it, everythings good

Had the same thing, four LED's were out. I sent them an email and had a response with an RMA # the next day. Have had the new one on for weeks now with no issues.
