Does anyone have a silver rear fender with no scratches or damage for sale

There's one on eBay now for $100. Looks like new.

I just bought a Blue rear Guard with 3/4" scratch for US$80 and a Blue Tank for US$200 with a couple of 1/2" dints in the front, looks like handle bar damage.

Going to use these to do paint jobs on and still have that magical Blue candy apple paint untouched from my original skins. Works out cheaper than a respray

Depending on how bad yours is get it repainted or if its broken look for used/lightly damaged at a cheap price, get it filled and resprayed or painted with a graphic or something to dress your bike out more.
