Any help would be appreciated. I drilled the center of the baffles out but I am having trouble gettin the baffles out. Sounds better but still not the sound im looking for. It looks like there is 2 weld spots holding them in can someone tell me do I need to drill thru the weld spots.

You can follow this link --> Coppertone Exhaust

Pretty much what I had to do after I botched the baffle mod :(

End results came out pretty good though!

Yes, I rewelded it back together and applied another coat of high temp flat black paint.

If you are doing Faceoff76's mod... http://www.furyforums.com/forum/fury-tech-performance-chat/141-exhaust-mod.html,
you don't actually remove the baffle. You just bore out the two 3/4" plates w/ the 2 holes that you see from the rear of the pipes. This effectively bypasses the baffle while leaving it in place. I removed mine with a 3/4" hole saw. Read my http://www.furyforums.com/forum/fury-tech-performance-chat/404-exhaust-mod-fix.html if you need to revert back.
