Hello Fury Fans,

I wanted to make a custom mirror finish S/Steel radiator grill. I failed.

I had my design and sizes ready to go then found out you need a CAD drawing.

This worked out at £50.00/hour.

Then the laser cutting was £200-300. Just a bit pricey for my pocket.
It would be nice to have a mesh grill with your own design logo on it!

So I ordered a skull and flame one and modified it.

I cut out the skull, bent and fitted a s/steel woven mesh at the back and mounted a dragon on 12 mm stand offs forward of the mesh.

In the photograph it shows low profile cap Hd screws at the front holding the mesh

but I have replaced them with s/s dome head nuts, looks better.

If it stops raining in England I’ll get the bike out and get better pic’s.

That is very cool. I like the dragon. Different than the normal skulls you see.

Hi,
I got the scooter out.
Got the bike out and took some pics.
Then it started raining again.
Roll on summer.

Looks great. I always wanted a radiator cover with a reaper inset into it.

No mine is fine but Im not a wet weather rider.
So you dont reckon there stainless steel then!
If mine goes rusty, I think I'll get it powder coated.
