Well there has been a few comments on saddlebags, but whatever...I need to pack stuff on my journeys and I carry a backpack for a living, not when I don't have too, so I put bags on mine and use a variety of front fork raps to carry extra...This is photo with my new bags on the solo seat, (I just remounted on the "bitch" seat for the next ride"...I'm a realist in the fact that ya it's going to affect the paint to some extent, but what the fuck, I'm riding...You can also see my jacket as a roll on the forks...All carry well and easy to remove.
Cheers
JS

what you tieing the bags to? and not having problems of bags going into wheel without hangers? way you got it can just mount bitch pad or the chrome fender gaurd over bag strap.
Sorry for the delay in a reply, I used the seat mount bolts to hold the bags and tied off to the turn signals...Mounted high enough that I have no problem with wheel or rotor rub...Also bought a fairly stiff saddlebag which helps with the rigidity.
Not sure what you mean about the "chrome fender guard"

I agree. I got rid of my cruiser because it was 'tired' looking. The Fury is cool; but, I do a few overnight trips on it and a backpack is OK. But a set of hard bags really gets the job done.

I got the Corbin fairing and hard bags, it was only $3,682

In a month and a half or so on my vacation I will also have them. Riding up there to Hollister to get them put on, they said they would install them no charge. Saves me some shipping costs and gives me a chance to get a few hundred miles on the bike going up there and back. Can't wait.

OK, How about a set of these. they would mount under the rear fender between the frame and fender. NO drilling needed.

you just mount it here.
