I use SP Connect phone mounts in all my vehicles. Similar, but much better, than the quadlock system. I have the chrome antivibration mount on my handlebars. Assuming the satnav is powered by a USB connector, you could run a direct connect from the battery, under the tank, to the neck of the frame, ending in either a USB female connector, or a 12V DC. If using 12V DC you can find little 12V DC to USB converters to plug into that.

I use my phone for the navigation and purchased this bracket:

and I installed a USB port hotwired directly from the battery and installed at the end of the gas tank where it meets the handlebars:

The wire is long enough to run it from the battery, along the frame, under the gas tank
