Yes, $15 for everything. No charge for the bracket. If you want it and end up not liking it when you receive it, you can just trash it. Here are the pics. The front is the side you will see when walking past the bike. The rear (unpainted side) is where your plate will bolt on to.

Ok, I just received the payment and I will send the bracket too, no problem. I'm working 4 jobs and going to school at night so it's hard to get to the post office. I ordered two bolts from two different places. I got acorn nuts for the bottom and for the top I ordered the LED ones that light up the plate and also work as a brake light. I got a chrome plate frame and a backing plate from Ebay. And I ordered the RAW stealth tail light. Hopefully it all shows up
