I thought that someone would make a pdf copy also when i was looking for one, but no one ever did it, it would take a hell of a long time for somone to scan all those pages in and it would be a pretty big file, good luck but i wouldn't count on finding one, for $35 dollars your better off just buying a hard copy.

Strange, the link I posted originally now points to another one. The seller is procycle-mcatv and this one is not a 'buy it now' item. Bidding is currently at $19.99, shipping is $6.
