Additional info; Bikes 2 NV just got a very excellent two page review in Ridin'On Magazine for their show chrome wheels, June edition, quote; this chrome is OUTSTANDING. They may have a copy at your dealer. This is a BBB A rated co. They have a MENTAL 5 Star Rating. Just talked to AL, they have two sets of Show Chrome ready to go today.

Bikes2NV; Show chrome, 7 step process, 5 year warranty, is looking to buy stock Fury wheels for their chrome exchange program, so they can have sets ready to go with minimum down time. If you buy a stock show chrome set of wheels, mention Fury Forum for free chrome valve stems. They also carry RC and Performance Machine and will buy your stock.:) Bikes2nv

Awesome find! Great web site! I called and spoke with Al and he is a great guy too. Looks like the best chrome process I've ever seen!

Problem is, EVERY TIME I START TO SAVE FOR THIS MOD, something goes wrong and takes my money...today it was my airconditioning in my house. $300.00+ to fix. UGH!!!!!

So I would be honored if my fellow Fury members started a collection for me. Yes, I will stoop to charity! :D

Thanks mental. I talked to Al today also and he seems like a very nice a knowledgeable guy. I will probably be reserving a set tomorrow and sending mind off on Monday I hope. Looks like they go the extra mile for just a little higher then some of the other places people complain about. If I had any complaint it would be that they don't offer the traditional exchange program where they send you wheels with a core charge and then you send your wheels back to get the charge refunded, Al has you send your wheels in first and sends his chrome ones out the same day he receives your to make sure they are a acceptable exchange. I can see how this keeps him with a supply of wheels and makes sure no one is trying to rip him off so it ok with me. I am the kind of guy that doesn't like down time but it will give me a chance to finish polishing the forks.

I still havent ordered my wheels yet, for the last 2 weeks I have just been too busy at work to take them off. This week has been really nice weather and I actually have time to ride but a heat wave is coming next week so I will probably do it then.

Hes just up the road from me (2hrs). Think Ill have to make a ride up and check the shop out.
When I talked to him he said they offer same day service if you come to the shop. They will remove your wheels and tires, remove your bearings, install all onto the new rims and he said most of the time the can find a sweet spot on the tire so it will balance without any weights at all.

yeah, saw that a while back; don't know how anyone can find fault with that kind of quality.
Testify!

These are on my wishlist and I think I'm going to bite soon.
My mortgage holder, Chase, just offered to reduce my interest rate for being a good boy which will bring down my monthly by around $300/month. AND, somewhere between the other day (application) and final closing, I get to skip a payment between end of old mortgage agreement and beginning of new one ... so the fund$ I want to ensure I have up-front will be there.

These are thee next thing my Fury needs to be near complete.

This is on my list. I plan on going to the shop within the next month. I spoke with Al on the phone, nice guy. He quoted me 100 if I bring in the wheels to swap everything out (rotors, tires, bearings, etc..) if I ride the bike in 150. The wheels run 899. I'll try to update when I get it done.

i wish i had known these guys before chromepros.
460: I truly am sorry you have to deal with what chromepros are putting you through.

If it's any consolation, honestly, at least you helped me and other avoid these a-holes. I have been looking on eBay and around the web, and then I searched FuryForums to find your post that told me to steer clear of chromepros. You've definitely helped me and others, and for that I thank you.

BTW, I'm also curious if anyone has dealt with PerformanceEdge001 and their chroming products? They don't seem to go as far as Bikes2NV's Al Milford in the hammer test, but they sound pretty damn good:

Ok first off i'm impressed with the quality of the chrome ..... but is it just me or does this video make it sound like "if your chromer won't beat the crap out of your stuff then you should bring it to me so i can?"
That's funny! :D Yeah, it does sound that way, now.

He should make another video:
"Hi, I'm Al Milford from Bikes2NV. Ya ever have a problem with your lady's old boyfriend? Well, this is a 3 pound sledge, this is a pillowcase and this is what we call a Blanket Party ..."

Bah ha ha ha
