what a coincidence. i'm installing an accutronix one right now. i took the whole taillight assembly apart (may not need to, but i am just cautious). i am just curious where everyone ran the wire. did you run it through the shaftdrive? that's the only 'clean' place that i know of...

I used a dremmel with a thin cut off disk. Then trim down the plastic with a blade.

i just taped off a straight line around the taillight (it'll look like predators when done) and used a hacksaw, so i could take my time. just need to trim the metal support and wire it, and slap it all back together. i'll finish it tonight

yep, i think i like it! it took a few hours, but i was also piddling around with other stuff (2 yr old). fairly easy, just time consuming to get it right.

i took a small air saw and zipped mine off.15 minuts.
