The cheapest I could find the LED's was at Direct Line Parts, not sure of the spoiler prices. I already had the spoiler.

Gary, post up when you get them installed. I put mine on weeks ago, and I found it fit kind of loose. I solved that by cutting the three sleeves down by 3/16 of an inch. You'll see what I mean when you install it. other than that I love it! It lights the wheel up nice in the dark.
