foot pegs

Is it me being 6 foot or are the stock foot controls needing to be extended a little father out?

Has anyone installed the 3 inch extended forward controls from Accutronix?

If anyone has, could you let me know how you like them.
Thanks in advance
anything has to better than the foot rests that are on the factory fury ! I have long legs and they are not very comfortable for me.

At 5 6 the controls are in a comfortable position except the angle during shifting... 6 foot, geez how's the weather up there?
Agree. At 5' 5" only issue is having to s t r e t c h my left foot under the shifter.

Yup, I know I'm a short bastard. :D

Im pretty certain that PREDATOR has some accutronix tribal forward controls that are the extended versions. I would ask him about it if I were you, but i do agree that extended controls are a must for us taller guys. I'm 6'4 and will diffenetly buy extended controls, just as soon as i can gather up some extra cash!!

How's the ride with you being 6'4? That's how tall I am and being crammed is nothing I want a part of. I ride an older Magna now and feel like I am getting crammed in a box to ride it.

Not only does the design and look of the Fury draw me to it, but it seems to be one of the most comfortable for taller guys like us...

Any advice would be appreciated...

Hey guys... I have the 3 inch forward controls. I'm 6'3" and definately needed them. The are perfect for my height and for other taller riders. However, keep in mind that if you doever sell your bike any buyer less than tall will have a hard time with fitting these controls. Installing them was a bitch in my opinion. So could only imagine reinstalling the stock controls, if I ever sell to someone that needs them. The make a sweet addition to the bike. Love em!

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated..

I assumed you needed a longer brake line to support the extension. Did it come with it or did you have to order it special?

Thanks again..

Even with the stock pegs its comfortable and doesn't bother me at all. Reaching the handle bars is fine and i can't really complain about egronomics of the bike. i just know that with extended controls it will be even more comfortable with a bit more stretch in the legs.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but what's up with the mounting braket for these forward controls? I'm not trying to throw your product under the bus or say it's inferior, because I'm not, I just want to point out the difference:
