Hi,
I know the front wheel is a 21" wheel and the rear wheel is a 18" wheel. Does anyone know how wide the wheels are? I did some searching but the results are not conclusive.

Thanks,

If you measure the rim width where the tire bead sits just inside the turned out edge and subtract about 1/2" for the thickness of the two sides of the rim you should get a reasonable approximation and be able to confirm no_fury's numbers.

Although I haven't looked on the Fury many factory wheels have the wheel size placed discretely somewhere on the casting (which may require disassembly to expose). Oddly enough, the SM doesn't list the spec.
Like you said, stock wheels are usually marked with their size somewhere on the wheel.

There are only two size tires made for 21" front wheels. A 90/90-21 (what the Fury has) and a 120/70-21. In the "Harley" world the 90-series is mounted on a 2.15" wheel and the 120-series is mounted on a 3.5" wheel.
