Am I the only one who broke the blinker housing at that little tab on the top when replacing the orange lense with the Kuryakyn lense? I was trying to be very careful, but I broke two of them; one while pushing in the new lense and one while trying to pull out the old lense! I like the bike; you couldn't hurt the engine with a nuclear bomb, but I'm so sick and tired of cheap plastic $hit! Why can't they at least use a higher grade plastic? If I can afford it in the future, my next bike may be a Harley if I can find one that looks half way descent. I think I'm gonna' be pissed about this as long as I own this Fury.

I know what you mean about those little tabs...didn't break mine, but treated it like an eggshell.....I still haven't seated my back lenses totally flush...did you get yours seated okay in the back?
Well, the one that isn't broken is seated just fine, but the other with the broken tab will probably never be seated, unless the glue that I plan on using will hold it strong enough.

Steveo, it just gives you a reason to upgrade for some aftermarket units. I'm surprised so many people run the stock turns, it's one of those things that are first to get replaced next to grips and mirrors.

I think the Kuryakyn smoke lenses look really good on the stock housing. What other options do I have that don't cost a lot and are easy to change out?

I run Kuryakyn small halogen silver bullets and then are bright as hell. They use outdoor lighting halogen bulbs and it's so bright you can't really stare at them. Don't be fooled the more expensive LED version isn't brighter. I think there about 100 bones a pair but your going to need a bracket or clamps for the front.

Do you have any pics of the front ones? I didn't see any front blinkers on the pics that you posted for the "gig is up" thread.

Ah, I see them now, but I need a close up view. How would I mount those to my fury? When I said, "easy to change out", I mean really easy. I'm not good at making brackets or modifying stuff myself.

So....I guess what you're saying is...you have also broken one or two. Is that correct? If you would come right out and say that you broke at least one, it would sure make me feel better.
