I found some photos of a Fury mocked up with a Sumo-X fat tire kit. I think I'll be saving up waiting on this kit to hit the market!!!

expensive? don't forget that after purchasing parts, you're still going to need that fender painted and a new FRONT rim to match... i dont' wanna know what that's going to cost. however, metzler has a 240 tire available that will fit on the STOCK rear rim.. it also fits under the STOCK rear fender...sounds like a better option to meThat is bad a$$... Yep gonna cost a fortune, that for sure
Here we go again....expensive? don't forget that after purchasing parts, you're still going to need that fender painted and a new FRONT rim to match... i dont' wanna know what that's going to cost. however, metzler has a 240 tire available that will fit on the STOCK rear rim.. it also fits under the STOCK rear fender...sounds like a better option to me
Under $4g for sure. pix comming up yet today. by the way, that would be painted fender and Mimic rear wheel, close match to the front!the price of this kit is gonna be crazzzzy when it first hits the market.
Can't wait! Will you have only one style fendor at first or multiple options?Under $4g for sure. pix comming up yet today. by the way, that would be painted fender and Mimic rear wheel, close match to the front!
I should have the pricing today also, within fifty bucks or so.
This was all discussed already. Hence the link to the previous thread... also, have you seen pictures of the 240 rear on the stock rims? It looks like garbage.expensive? don't forget that after purchasing parts, you're still going to need that fender painted and a new FRONT rim to match... i dont' wanna know what that's going to cost. however, metzler has a 240 tire available that will fit on the STOCK rear rim.. it also fits under the STOCK rear fender...sounds like a better option to me
Thank You Sumo-X! Really looking forward to this kit coming out. I had a question with the width sizes. Will the kit only accomidate a 250 or will you guys be producing another kit for a wider stance?Under $4g for sure. pix comming up yet today. by the way, that would be painted fender and Mimic rear wheel, close match to the front!

A large portion of the cost (~$1,200) is for the new billet 18"x8.5" rear wheel. You can save about half that cost if you get your stock wheel widened from 6.25" to 8.5".First off that def. looks sweet. would love to have it.. BUT maybe its just me but 4k thats just alot of cash. 1/3 of the total cost of the bike.. I"m sure its price right for what you get but wow!!. not for me at this point.. however Can't wait to see pix of those that can afford to do it tho.![]()
Dont you have to send in your swingarm to get it modified? Or do they keep some modified in stock and just wait until they get yours to send out one of the others?there will not be any downtime sending your stock wheel in for modification.
Kurt pre-modifies vtx arms but he probably won't have many Fury arms when he starts.Dont you have to send in your swingarm to get it modified? Or do they keep some modified in stock and just wait until they get yours to send out one of the others?
Keep in mind that you are replying to a nine year old thread, most of these guys are probably not active on the forum anymore...where did u get the billet fender strut
I had a left and right made last year, and before I could put them on, the bike's title was pulled by the person who gave me the bike as a Christmas gift, so I still have them. PM me if you're interested.where did u get the billet fender strut
