I wonder how long it will take the lefties to ban guns in the USA. Can't be that far away and if Trump does not win in November........I think Biden will set up the USR of A (United Socialist Republic of America). Then you guys are done for.... You might even want to move to a centre right country like Australia.
It'll never happen regardless of administration. A civil war will ensue.

In my part of the country we have farmers that have arsenals that can out fit 1,000. To 1,500 people. I know Michigan, ohio,Indiana, Wisconsin ect have very large Malitia. Many I have had conversations with , have plans to go all out. Hope they don't get pushed that far. These guys spend their weekends in the wood practicing. Pray people grow a brain. Stay safe.

Good morning All. I have guns like the farmers you are talking about, Might not be that many but I have a few. I also build my own bullets and that is a good thing. Rope is right. There will probly be a civil war if they try to take our guns. You can't build what we have and just take it away because of some bad people. The crooks will have all the guns if the do. OH-WELL, Another day another penny. Yall be good and let's pray for Ken, Macxperts wife and all in need.

Unfortunately, those people you want to grow brains will never do so. I don't know if they are possessed by demons or just that fucking stupid, but whatever their ultimate agenda is, their minds are made up. They have doubled down and will continue to push their backwards way of thinking until society crumbles. It will definitely get much worse before it gets any better. They've come too far with their idiotic ways to suddenly just stop and become logical.

I'm in no shape to be a very good asset for our side if...........when they push us to civil war, but I'm a pretty good shot and I try to keep an abundant supply of ammo at the ready. All my guns are ready to go except two and I'll be getting them ready soon. Just need to zero the scope on one and figure out why the other one malfunctions sometimes, but I have plenty others ready if it happened today.

If anything is worth dying for, it's freedom, because if you're not free, you may as well be dead. If anyone tries to come take my freedom, I'll probably wind up dead, but I'll die free because I'll fight as long as I'm able to pull the trigger.

I doubt I'll have to see that day. No body cares to bother with the old Impoverished Aristocrat up on Hermit Hill. Hopefully when I die, I'll be sitting in my recliner, wearing a spaghetti stained shirt, watching Star Trek TNG reruns and drinking a cold beer.

Well good morning once again. Back to a full schedule next week, so I should be on more. Didn't ride today, meeting my Dad for lunch and to give him his carpet steamer back, so the bike isn't a great choice for that. Would be hilarious to see it towed behind the Fury, though.
Still gotta find that weird noise up front, but other than that, not much excitement going on.

Keep it all together out there, and stay healthy!

Good morning All. Running an air hose out to the new deer stand site. I put all the hoses from my old shop together and got 1400 foot to the stand. Now i can use my air guns to nail it together. After I get this Condo finished I can hunt in comfort after all these years of out in the weather. I can fit it with a small heater but I haven't figured the a/c out yet. LOL. All joking aside, I plan to spend a lot of time out there this season. I don't want to be short meat if this virus crap shuts everything down. I knlw most of the plants we can eat so we want starve. Not a Prepper but being careful. Yall have a good day and let's pray for Ken, Macxperts Wife and all in need.

Happy Monday everyone. It's hot, so I'm using that excuse to run some errands and get gas for the truck. Busy as heck now, as more and more people are trying to do stuff remotely. Not unmanageable yet, but with the virus thing picking up and us shutting down more, we are getting people that have put off learning about how to do stuff from home.
Bah. Ready for this to end. We are all safe here, hope you guys and gals are all well, and watch out if you are riding!

Right now 99% of the people in my department are working from home and a few months ago all 2500 schools in NSW were closed due to the virus and we had all the teachers and students working or learning from home. That was a massive strain on our IT systems but we got through it and added extra network bandwidth and servers, plus rolling out enterprise Zoom faster than we have ever done. No one would believe a state education department could move as fast as we did. While the virus has died down a bit we are adding even more capacity to be really ready for the second wave.

So far we are not doing too bad here in NSW but south of the border in VIC they have had to lock down the state again. At least the NSW govt shut down the border between NSW and VIC to stop the infected Victorians spreading the virus in the south of NSW. An interesting observation that I have made before but it's worth mentioning again VIC is run by a left wing state government and they lock everyone down and destroy business but yet the virus is still out of control down there. In NSW we have a right wing state government and sure they did lock downs but they were short and sharp. They managed public transport better and had a better plan for staged reopening of the state. No cases of Covid yesterday in NSW and 190 new cases in VIC......hmm.

Take care and don't forget to pray for those in need.

Afternoon guys. Worked as long as I could stand it. It is now 103 out there and I am not allowed to be in that kind of heat because of some of the medicine I take. I have to do all my work early or late. Early is better after a cool night in the 70's. Be glad when this thing is finished. Meanwhile I hope yall are not as busy as Bako and me. I plan to take a long rest after this. Yall have a great day and let's all pray for Ken, Macxperts Wife and all in need.

Good morning to the Fury Nation! Wife made me, uh, late this morning so I didn't have time to suit up and take the bike. But it's fine, still over 100 until about September here, I'll take another day in the truck I guess. My oldest is coming home Friday, it turns out, to be here all next week. It's the week of my 25th anniversary, and since this virus has denied us our original and backup plans, I guess that means it's OK for everyone to hang around us. Gonna have all my kids home. Not what I had in mind, but they mean well.

Great to see you, @boatwire , how's the bike coming along?

@macxpert our bandwidth has been pretty solid, our problem is lack of direction. Our district is an inner city (as inner city as we can be here) so our kids don't have much access to the online instruction. We've been handing out Chromebooks and cellular hot spots to everyone, and that's been the expected pain in the ass. Now we are trying to buy another 30,000, but supplies are low everywhere. I need to buy some HP stock!

Everyone keep cool, keep bug-free, and watch out for idiots if you are on 2. They are ALL idiots until they prove otherwise.

Handing out cellular hot spots for inner city kids in a way surprises me only because we hand out hot spots to students in far flung rural areas where there is no fixed line or satellite service. Then again we don't have schools or people living in our business districts as they are zoned as commercial use only. As a nation we like to live in the suburbs and stay away from downtown. Now we do have some areas in the Sydney metro region that are financially challenged and on welfare for the most part. In those areas the students can use free wi-fi at the local library or sit outside the school and use the school's wi-fi. Many of the schools in those areas also have after school programs that allow the students to stay in the school library and use the school's internet up to 6PM. I would not be surprised if the families on welfare got government assistance to pay for an internet connection at home as I have never heard the subject of hot spots for city kids come up at work.

I find it really interesting to learn about the similarities and differences between what education departments do in California and New South Wales. Next time I'm over in CA we have to catch up. I'm sure we can swing by your neck of the woods when going between Union City and Huntington Beach.

Afternoon all. TO HOT to do much out there today. Tater isn't much help cause he dosen't like the heat either. I did find my water level so i am getting a little done every morning. Come 10:30 or 11:00 I have to get out of the sun because of the diabetic medicine I have to take. The sun puts it on me. That is one reason I love winter. My stand should be well on the way by next weekend. It took 400 ft of air hose to get back there. Now i can use my air nail guns and get some work done. Yall have a great day and let's pray for Ken, Macxperts Wife and all in need.

I've been working on some projects at my friend's place in the woods (about 30 mi. away) off and on for the past month. The afternoons have been rather steamy or rainy. At 67 I'm only good for about 4 hrs of laboring outdoors per day...and only 2 or 3 days/week. Haven't been on/done anything on the bike in nearly a month now I think. I keep it at my son's place about 60 miles away. I've just been worn out lately. Got on a scale at the grocery store today...carrying around nearly 20 lbs. more than I should (which, undoubtedly, is contributing to my fatigue). Gotta lay off the carbs and get back to doin' my pushups and planks to lose it. Supposed to get more thunderstorms and heat waves for the next couple of weeks.

The accomplice to the thief who stole my bike got out of prison a couple of months ago and I received the first restitution payment through Florida Dept. of Corrections last week. She's supposed to pay 1/2 of the $5K...but her payments also go to a woman she stole some jewelry from...so, it wasn't much, but, at least the FDC is keeping tabs on her. The thief who took my bike still has another year and a half or so in prison...and a couple of months to find employment afterwards before his payments start. La dee da...it's all good. Glad the sheriffs recovered my bike and I was able to get it presentable.

I'm considering rabbit-ears handlebars. I don't like the hard angles on some of the ape-hangers I've seen. I think the bike calls for curves/sweeps instead of pointy, sharp 90's. Probably have to get custom made handlebars.
