Does anyone have the problem of the throttle sticking?
What mine does is this: I will twist the throttle, engine will just stay at same RPM, then I will hear this loud SNAP, and the engine will then respond to the throttle.
Does not behave like this all the time. And when it does, it's only once that day.
Sound familiar??
The snap sound comes from the throttle body. I believe the problem lies within the throttle body, probly more of a binding problem than a spring problem.

So what is a good way to lubricate the throttle spring??
And what kind of binding would I look for in the throttle body??

Thanks everyone.
Looks like I will be looking into my throttle body soon to look for binding.
In the past I have found white pastey stuff on the inside; not sure what it is.
