Just wondering how many miles you guys have gotten out of your stock tires that have replaced them?

I think RSS and CB_Fury could best answer this. They both have 12K plus miles. I think RSS still running on the stock tires and CB_Fury had to replace the rear that got vandalized.. He put a Metszler on a while ago..

Thanks Tony, I just hope I don't need to buy new tires before going out west in June.

Yeah Tony is right... almost...

RSS is still running the stock tire and yes I did replace mine at about around 400 miles due to a nail right in the center of the tire do to where I had here parked inside a shop at that time. I was going to change to a Metzler early on but this event just made it happen about 2,000 miles early. I am running currently at around 13,500 miles so I have what I feel good with saying I have a good amount of miles on the tire. The only reason I am looking to change the tire as of right now is do to center is starting to flaten out since most of the roads are straight here in SoCal. I do like the ride I get out of the Metzler also... it just does not feel as if the bike tracks the road grooves as bad as the Dunlop did... but that is just my opinion.
