Has anyone out there used a bigger tire than the stock 200 without using the sumo-x kit. My local dealership's service manager doesn't see any reason why a 210 or 220 wouldn't fit on the rear section. Any feedback would be helpful

Check out the Low and mean on you tube. I think the biggest size that will fit a stock rim is a 240.

right, all is on the faq, as well as the non sumo x options for the 240 tire, clearances before and after, etc.
