When you remove and reinstall the bolts it tends to pinch the fabric between the bolt head and the seat bracket. I remove my passenger seat whenever the wife ins't riding so i know what you're talking about.Has anyone notices their seat torn by the bolt that holds the seat down?I have one side with a hole right over the hex and the other side has an impression.
Have you ever taken yours off or had a different seat installed at the dealership?
