Trouble removing mufflers

I removed the 2 bolts attaching them to the bracket under the swing arm and loosened the 2 clamps up front. Tried pulling them back but doesn't budge. Am i missing something or am i just being too gentle?

I had to smack mine a few times with a rubber mallet to get them to come loose.
I twisted the muffler back and forth a little and it came off.

So those bolts i mentioned are the only ones necessary to be loosened before i break out the hammer?

That should be it. Mine came off pretty easy no hammer was needed.

No hammer needed! Two bolts and two clamps that's it! Couldn't even think of taking a hammer to my Fury!LOL!
Mine took a little persuassion with my BFRH. (Big Fing Rubber Hammer) Some are tougher to get off than others.
