That sucks bro, I know people are limited right now and everybody is making a profit off of the slow economy by letting people go, but a week to put on pipes? Bah...

Buy your own, install your own is my moto... :D But, I understand your position as well, as that is the way I was when I first got the bike... I just kind of dove in though... lol :cool:
I bought mine on a Saturday afternoon, ordered the Cobra slashdowns,Barons big air,and a cobra fuel F1200ir.I had to go to work Sunday so I told the dealer to get everything installed and I'd be back the following Friday to pick it up.On Wednesday I got a call that the storage area in the back where they keep the new bikes that are still crated had caught on fire and the bike they had sold me had burned to the ground. Then they said they would just switch everything to the floor model and give me that one.I get there Friday to pick up my bike,it's not ready cause they had ordered all the parts to the burned up vin number and no one bothered checking the name attached. So had to wait till Sat. to pick it up,but I got it finally, lovin it ever since.
I can't stand waiting for anything. If I have wait in line for a cup of coffee I'm I'm outta there! That's why I do every myself in life. If I can't do it then it is not going to be done. I deal with contractors for my job all day long and if I had to hire one of them on my own I would choke the bastard before the job was completed. Its the same everywhere. Just put the pipes on yourself and an hour later you off and running take the money you saved and go to the bar room and tie one on for the night. Good luck!
