100 mph governor
there is a reason why this bike has a speed limiter on it ! It was designed to be a cruiser, not a sport bike. If you read the manual it says not to exceed 85 mph. I have 3,500. miles on my fury now and i know from experience that this bike can get out of control very easily if you are not careful !Hello everyone. I currently own a 1994 Honda Magna (my proflie pic.) that is really a great ride. I am really considering purchasing the new Fury from my local dealer however I have a few questions. First, I have read a rumor that the bike is governed at 100mph. Do you think there will be a future mod to allow this new ride to tear it up? I have read some dyno readings that say the Fury only has around 50-55 horses with about 70+ of torque, does anyone have the real scoop I can trust? I have been excited about this bike since I first saw the advertisements and I am a Big Honda Enthusiast. I am considering selling my current ride to help purchase the Fury but I am afraid that the Fury might not have the power that my Magna has. If anyone has any insight please don't hesitate to reply.
