Just ordered my C&C seat last night. I have tried to shift around on the stock seat, stand up at stop signs and stop lights, adjusted the spring and wearing padded riding pants. Nothing worked so I gave in and ordered. :D

C&C all the way
I wonder how many touring miles the C&C seat has made. Can anyone out there give us a long distance ride report?

I spent $500.00 on a seat rebuild from KonTour Seats and while it may not be the best looking seat out there, it does provide a comfortable ride... or at least it has for up to 760 mile ride or two. I will give it a thorough work out in a few weeks when I ride to Montana and Cali from Bama.

C & C seat is one of the biggest bangs for your buck out there. There seats are not only a nice designs but they are half of what others a selling for. I to had many problems riding for more than an hour withouth my back HURTING but no more.

I'm planing on ordering the same seat w/o heat in the very near future. Will add one expensive backrest for the wife. The Alligator print blue in the middle to match the bike looks sweet. Let me know how you like it.

I guess i must have gotten a kick A$$ stock seat then no complaints here on my 400(200 there + 200 Back) mile run with the stock seat.

Or does the pain kick in only on longer runs.
You must have an iron ass! :D ......or maybe you don't weigh enough to push down and cause pain. I blame most of my rear pain on my weight, but the C&C seat sure did help me. :)

No, oh no.. You will notice down the road... Didn't get mine replaced (re-fabricated) till about 7 or 8k miles... Yes, I got used to it... after awhile though, you ass will kick you back for not doing at least something to it... Meaning the seat of course...
