I was looking at the Rocker and the Raider. In short i was looking for a bike with a little bit of a rake and a warranty. Then I found the Fury the clean lines and the bare minimums of the bike is what caught my eye. What was it for you other owners?

Love at first sight

I had a 2007 VTX1300 and saw the fury. It was love at first sight. My Vtx was a good bike but a little to bulky and heavy. The Fury rides so much smoother and the fuel injection really gives it a good kick. I've got the bright silver 400 out of 500. Love it....

First I would like to say its a Honda :p

I was looking into a few bikes from all the major manufactures for a good while. I waited until I could see the Fury in person before I made my mind up on what bike I was gonna go with. Basically the M109R was the bike at the top of the Pre-Fury list. Once I got to see the Fury on the floor my mind was set. It had a stout look to it and from owning 2 Honda's already in the past I knew it would be just as reliable.

I was looking for a big cruiser, the M109 was also at the top of my list. I own 2 honda's now and was told the FURY was coming out soon. When I saw pics that was it for me, I am currently waiting for my SE matte silver to come in.

When I sat on my first during Daytona Bikeweek I knew I would add the Fury to my stable. I found a black Fury two weeks ago and rode it home. Have only ridden 130 miles due to the weather but all 130 have been fun and everyone looks at the bike. Ride Safe

After 20 years of crotch rockets I had made up my mind to find a cruiser that had a lil get up and go and something I could ride to the ROT Rally and Sturgis. Just out of pure luck when I searched the web for Honda the Fury was all over the front page and i was hooked from the get go!!!I had no idea this bike was out there. I havent been on a cruiser since my V65 days. But what really got my attention was that is was a Honda. I never one time had work on any of my old Magnas. And also the Fury's price will kill the competition:D

My Descision

I had recently purchased a Honda Shadow Aero 750. I was looking for a low price easy to get rid of bike, if by chance i didn't like riding. Well i had a couple friends try to talk me out of the 750. mainly because of my size but also because i would ride more than i thought i would. Well not even two weeks into my ownership, i decided these friends were right; in all aspects. I was too big for that bike, and i liked to ride. I began looking at the Vtx but it seemed as though there was something missing for me. I liked it, but then i saw the rocker. I liked it but not the price, and you here so many things about h.d.. Anyway i went to work early one morning to look again at the 2009 Vtx. When i googled, the fury popped up. since that point, i knew i had to find a way to sell my 750. I brought it to the shop i bought it from, and they sold it for me. I placed my deposit that same day. I haven't ridden since march, and i need a ride like an alcoholic needs a beer!! I'm sure all you guys know what i mean!! My freakin bike won't be in till june 18!! Sorry i was venting there for a second!! By the way, thanks for showing me all the pictures. i like coming on this board at night. some damned good people on here. Ride safe!!

I was tired of my back hurting me on my sport bike. I started looking for something more comfortable, but not something I could see my grandfather riding. I looked at Big Dog Choppers, but they were so expensive!! I saw all of the commercials for the fury and started researching the bike. Once I saw the fury online, I was at the dealership test riding it two days later. After that I was hooked. My extra truck was sold in two days and I rode it home.

I was a crotch rocket guy for years until now. I looked at the HD V-Rod and Rocker C. I also looked at the Victory Vegas. I went with the Fury and I could not be happier! Everyone comments on the bike (especially the blue color) and at $12,999 it didn't shred my wallet. Plus my insurance is dirt cheap @ $200/year. Only miss my GSXR 1000 a little bit.
